You sell exactly what you have. Three rules make that true.
One stock figure, every channel.
Sellable stock is a single number: what sells on one channel drops on all the others immediately.
Reserved stock.
Units held for an order are reserved, and only sellable stock is sent to the channels.
Safety stock.
A buffer is withheld from what is sent, and a product below the floor is closed for sale on the channel.
Stock goes in, channels get it. Every change lands instantly.
Stock is entered.
You pull it from an ERP such as Nebim, enter it in Pixa, or upload it in bulk from Excel.
It reaches the channels instantly.
The stock you enter goes to Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and your own store as the same number, so every channel sees the same figure.

Sync keeps running on every change.
When stock changes the difference reaches every channel at once, and when an order arrives the deduction is pushed across to the others.

Stock across several warehouses. Warehouse, store and 3PL in one list.
Stock per warehouse.
Each warehouse holds its own stock, and the sellable figure sent to a channel is the total across them.
Transfers between warehouses.
A transfer is written to stock movements: it leaves one warehouse and lands in the other at the same moment.
Movement history.
Every in and out is recorded with its reason, and who changed it and when stays on record.
Variants, bundles and linked products. Each type follows its own stock rule.
Per variant.
Size and colour stock are held separately, or all variants can draw from shared stock if you prefer.
Bundles follow the lowest.
A bundle’s stock is calculated from its scarcest item, and each item is deducted separately when an order arrives.
Linked products follow the parent.
A copy reads its stock from the parent product, and the copies update when the parent changes.
Keep stock current on every channel at once.

Set it up once. An order arrives, stock drops, channels update.
The moment an order lands from Trendyol, the product’s stock drops in Pixa and the remaining count goes to Hepsiburada, Amazon and your own store at the same time.
How it worksOne order, inside the flow. It deducts, reserves and updates the channels.
It lands in the panel.
An order on Trendyol reaches Pixa immediately and the product’s stock drops in the Master Product List.
It is reserved.
The ordered quantity is set aside, and sellable stock is total stock minus what is reserved.
The channels update.
The remaining sellable stock reaches Hepsiburada, Amazon and your own store at once, and your ERP sees the same number.
Stock is managed from one source. When something sells, it drops on every channel at once.
